With joyful memories and heartfelt reflections, we celebrate the life of Pavel Caran, who was born on September 27, 1954, in the town of Ritisevo, Serbia. Pavel passed away on May 25, 2025.
Pavel was a man of many passions. He found immense joy in the great outdoors, especially during hunting trips. Whether it was tracking game or simply enjoying nature, he cherished every moment spent under the sun. His love for soccer brought him countless exhilarating moments, and he was known to cheer passionately for his favorite teams. On the lanes, Pavel was a fierce competitor and a loyal friend during countless bowling outings, where laughter and camaraderie were always present.
He is survived by his loving spouse, Katheryn Caran, who shared in his adventures and was his rock through thick and thin. Their bond was a testament to the power of love and companionship. Loving father to Stevan Caran and the late Paul Caran. Cherished brother to Jovan Labode and sister-in-law, Donia Labode. He was also survived by his nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents; Pau and Maria Caran and half-brother, Miculata Labode.
We invite all who knew Pavel to join us in honoring his remarkable life. Memorial Visitation will take place at Lee-Ellena Funeral Home, 46530 Romeo Plank, Macomb, MI 48044 on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
