Pauline Marion Porter, age 94, passed away on February 12, 2020, surrounded by the love of her family.
Pauline was born on July 26, 1925 to Arthur and Alma (LaFlamme) Patry in Berlin, New Hampshire. She later went on to marry the love of her life, Robert Lee Porter, on February 23, 1946. Together they had four children; Kenneth, Karen, Betty, and Kelly. Pauline loved to line dance and was an excellent shuffleboard player. She also enjoyed bowling and playing a couple of hands of pinochle or Euchre with her friends and family. Pauline was a loving and giving soul, and would never miss an opportunity to help raise money for the Childrens Leukemia Foundation of Michigan by particiating in their Hollywood 24 Hour Movie Marathon (she loved movies!). However, the most important thing in her life was her dear family. Pauline will be remembered for her kind spirit, and soft-spoken nature.
Beloved mother of Kenneth (Diane) Porter, Karen (the late Michael) Arondoski, Betty (Sam Ciamillo) Porter, and Kelly (Antonios) Basoukeas; cherished grandmother of Amy (the late Dave) LaDuke, Amanda (Michael) Krzesicki, Michael Arondoski, Michela (fiancée Justin Bono) Arondoski, Andrea (Mat) McComas, Brian VanLoon, Kevin VanLoon, JoAnna Basoukeas, and Zoe Basoukeas; loving great-grandmother of Michael McClusky, Leeland LaDuke, Dylan LaDuke, Vincent Porter, Owen VanLoon, Joseph Krzesicki, and Izabella Krzesicki.
Pauline was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert; dear parents Arthur and Alma Patry; and beloved siblings Raymond Patry, Theresa Orsi, and Semone Merichko.
She will be forever missed.
