In Loving Memory of Paul Lia
A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend and veteran, Paul passed away surrounded by love and family.
Paul was the devoted husband of Linda, cherished father of Danielle Lia and Elizabeth Bialick (Zachary), and proud grandfather (“Nannu”) of Ella and Adriana. His love for his family was the heart of his life and the joy that defined his days. Paul was a devout Roman Catholic, with an unwavering faith and deep love for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Born in Malta, Paul proudly served the United States as a veteran of the U.S. Army, and dedicated 44 years to his career at General Motors. He truly was the embodiment of hard work, sacrifice and loyalty. Known for his generosity, sense of humor, outgoing nature and pride for his Maltese heritage, Paul touched the lives of all who knew him. An avid golfer, with a great love and passion for the game, he found his greatest happiness in the moments spent with his family.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Helen Lia. His memory will live on as a source of comfort and inspiration to his family and friends. While he will be deeply missed, Paul’s thoughtful spirit and warmth will remain in our hearts forever.
