Mary Caroline Schmidt

Mary Caroline Schmidt (Kobuskie) age 77 of Clinton Township, passed away April 18, 2020. Beloved wife of Thomas C. Schmidt.

Loving mother of Lynn M. Fulton, Rob S. Ferris (Jennifer), Glenn A. Ferris (Peggy), and Jennifer J. Crosby. Dear Grandmother of 15, Great-Grandmother of 10 and Step Grandmother of 9. Predeceased by her siblings Jane Ekstrom (Oke) and Bud Kobuskie (Sydney).

Mary was employed with the U.S. Government for 15 years followed by employment as Office Manager with Dr. Peter M. Torrice, Eastpointe, MI for 15 years.

She was an active member of St. Peter Catholic Church where she was a Special Eucharist Minister, Sacristan, volunteer for Vacation Bible School, and active member of the Adoration

Chapel.

Mary was a member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies of the Assembly where she supported her husband in his many positions.

Private family visitation with burial at St. Peter Cemetery in Mt. Clemens. A celebration of life with be held at a later date at St. Peter Catholic Church.
