Joseph "Joe" Dulimba, a vibrant spirit cherished by all who knew him, passed away unexpectedly on July 4, 2025, at the age of 49. Born on August 11, 1975, in Detroit to proud parents Stevei and Eleanor Dulimba, Joe lived a life filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments.
Joe was the loving husband of Kristy and a devoted father to his two beautiful daughters, who were the sunshine of his life. Joe had a deep passion for the great outdoors. He was often found camping with family and friends or taking long, leisurely walks with his loyal dog, Luna, by his side. An avid cyclist, he loved exploring scenic trails, whether on his bike or motorcycle. Joe thrived in the company of loved ones—practicing softball with his oldest daughter, stretching alongside his youngest, or simply just enjoying time together.
Known as the life of the party, Joe had a natural flair for entertaining. He was frequently belting out his favorite songs, sharing classic dad jokes, and laughing—often the loudest—at his own punchlines. True to form, he’d often slip out of gatherings without a formal goodbye, leaving behind joyful memories and smiles all around. His impressive collection of random trivia, though mostly useless, always seemed to spark delightful and unexpected conversations
Beloved husband to Kristy; proud father to Coralyn and Lilyana; loved brother to Anthony (Holly) Dulimba, Connie (Scott) Kolacki; cherished Uncle to Kaylee, Kyle, Houston, Kane, Lincoln, and Penelope; loved son-in-law to Larry and Alice Prentice
Joined in Heaven by his loving parents, Stevei and Eleanor.
