John McQuestion, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories.
Born to Arthur and Norma McQuestion, John grew up to become a compassionate and dedicated high school teacher for the Chippewa Valley school district, where he inspired countless students until his retirement in 2010.
On April 3rd, 1980, John married the love of his life, Linda, and together they built a life filled with joy, laughter, and adventure. He was an amazing father to their daughter, Jenna, and son-in-law, Ryan.
John's greatest delight was his role as "Papa" to his two beloved grandchildren, Elliana and Ethan. He cherished every moment spent with them, especially playing cops and robbers, and spoiling them with love and affection.
A man of many talents, John was an amazing saxophone player, an avid record collector, and an enthusiastic golfer. He also enjoyed metal detecting, reading, and playing cards, particularly blackjack and euchre.
John will be deeply missed by his wife, Linda; daughter, Jenna “Ryan;” grandchildren, Elliana and Ethan; brother, Robert “Colleen;” and his many wonderful nieces and nephews.
As a cherished husband, father, Papa, brother-in-law, and uncle; John’s love, guidance, and generosity touched countless lives. His memory will be a blessing to all who knew him.
Rest in peace, dear John. Your love and legacy will never be forgotten.
