It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved JoAnn Beth Conlin, who departed this world on March 5, 2026, just a few weeks shy of her 82nd birthday. Born on March 23, 1944, to Alfred and Dorothy Buydens in Detroit, JoAnn lived a life filled with love, laughter, and creativity.
JoAnn was a master of crafting, pouring her heart into every crochet project she undertook. She had a unique talent for making people feel cherished through her handmade gifts, especially the lovely blankets she crafted for veterans during the holidays. Family was at the center of JoAnn world, and she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. For 40 beautiful years, she hosted Christmas Eve gatherings that brought family and friends together in warmth and joy, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and love.
A devoted member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, JoAnn unwavering faith guided her throughout her life. Her commitment to service extended beyond her family, as she was actively involved in AA, providing support and encouragement to those on their recovery journeys.
JoAnn had a passion for adventure and exploration, enjoying many memorable cruises filled with fun and sun. She eagerly anticipated "Sisters Weekend," a cherished tradition that allowed her to reconnect with her nieces and share stories over good food and laughter.
Though JoAnn may no longer walk among us, her spirit will forever shine brightly in our hearts. Top of Form
