James Rejc Obituary

James Rejc passed away surrounded by love on December 13, 2022.

Jim was born on January 16, 1959 to Victor and Beverly Rejc in Detroit. He married the love of his life Ruthanne on May 10, 1991. Together 42 years, they enjoyed a life full of love and laughter. They retired together in December 2019.  Both Jim and Ruth loved to travel and Jamaica was their favorite.  They were avid Lake St. Clair boaters, enjoyed walking at Metro Beach, biking, hiking and being in nature. Jim was a talented drummer and loved creating music with friends.  In the 80s he played gigs around the Detroit Metro in the bands "The Technotics" and "The White Lines".   His wit and humor kept his family and friends laughing. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Donations can be made to Gift of Life Michigan.

Devoted husband to Ruthanne; loved brother to Diana (Gary) Fuller, Debbie Calamia, and Robert; proud uncle to many nieces, nephews, as well as great and great-great nieces and nephews.
