James Raymond Clincher, of Rochester Hills, Michigan, peacefully left
this earth at the age of 76 to join our Father in Heaven on Wednesday,
December 10, 2025, in Detroit, Michigan.
Jim was born on November 10, 1949, to the late Ernest and Dorothy
Clincher. He lived a life filled with love, passion, and dedication.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Ann.
He was the devoted father of Jamie (Meagan), Kellie (Tom), and Tyler,
and the proud stepfather of JT (Megan) and Michael (Deanna). He was
the cherished Papa of Laiklan, Tommy, Jack, Parker, Dominic, Kinsley,
Landon, Kimberly, and Brooklyn. Jim is also survived by his two loving
sisters, Kathy (Bryson) Dean and Karen (Mark) Johnson, and was a
beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews who will forever carry his
memory in their hearts. Jim’s beloved dog, Beau, remained his loyal
companion, bringing joy and comfort to his daily life.
Jim dedicated over 36 years to the automotive industry, included
tenure with Chrysler Service contracts, Chrysler Financial, Daimler
Chrysler Services, and retired from his impactful career in corporate
marketing with Mercedes-Benz Financial in 2012. Known for his strong
work ethic, steady leadership, and unwavering commitment, Jim touched
the lives of many throughout his career.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jim was a man of many
passions. He loved golf and baseball and was a devoted fan of the
Detroit Tigers, the Detroit Lions, and University of Michigan
football. His love for cooking and great food brought family and
friends together, creating countless memories that will be treasured
forever.
As we remember Jim, may we hold close the profound impact he had on
our lives and the legacy of kindness, joy, and love that he leaves
behind. May he rest in peace, surrounded by those who went before him.
