Passed away peacefully on, April 5, 2023 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Judy for 43 years. Loving father of Kenneth (Julie), John (Deanna), the late Patrick, and Kim Cinco (Mark Phillips.) He was blessed with a long and fulfilling life. Spending time with his family was his greatest joy. Enjoying summer vacations in northern Michigan, deer hunting with his sons, and winter vacations in places like Hawaii, Mexico, and Arizona. He served our country in the U.S. Air Force. He then joined the Detroit Police Department, where he served 29 years, rising to the rank of Inspector. A highly decorated officer, investigator, and administrator, he was the commanding officer of the Harbormaster, Internal Affairs, and Commercial Auto Theft Sections respectively.Instate 11am until time of 11:30am Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church (95 Market St., Mt. Clemens, MI.) Internment at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Capuchin Franciscan Province of St. Joseph, 1820 Mt. Elliott St., Detroit, MI 48207.
