Jaclyn Giannetti age 73, passed away surrounded by the love of her family.
Jaclyn was the beloved wife of the love of her life, Gary Giannetti. Together they built a beautiful life centered around family, laughter, and devotion. She was the cherished mother of Gina Giannetti, and the late Gregory Giannetti. Proud grandmother of Shelby, Sara, William, and Valerie, and adored great-grandmother of Serena.
She was the loving sister of Cheryl Zampich, Denise Van Daele, and Sandy (Leonard) Bommarito. Jaclyn is reunited in heaven with her parents, Richard and Dorothy Corteville, her sister Patricia and brother-in-law Dennis Lacey, and her beloved son Gregory. Jaclyn will also be remembered by her brother-in-law John (Debi) Giannetti, Brian Giannetti, and sister-in-law Jackie Lawrey. Jaclyn will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends whom she also adored.
Jaclyn had a gentle, creative spirit and found great joy in the art of sewing. She poured her heart into each quilt she made, gifting her family with treasured keepsakes stitched with love. Her creativity extended to ceramics, where her artistic touch shone just as brightly. She also loved dancing to 1950’s music, filling her home with energy, joy, and rhythm. Her garden was her sanctuary — a space she cared for tenderly, taking pride in every bloom. But above all, her favorite pastime was being surrounded by her family, the people she loved most in this world.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, an organization close to her heart.
