Huong Hoai Nguyen

Huong Hoai Nguyen, age 49 of Macomb, passed away on August 20, 2021.

Huong was born in Vietnam on June 18, 1972 to Hy Nguyen and Than Thi Truong. Later in her life, she met her future husband and love of her life Hai Phan. They married on May 17, 1997 in Lansing, Michigan. Together they raised two wonderful boys, Kevin and Alexander Phan. Huong was known by everyone by her loving, and kind spirit. There was no one that met Huong that was not enchanted by her. She loved her family with all her heart, and had many friends. Huong’s faith was very important to her, and she and her husband are long time parishioners at St. Isidore Catholic Church. Huong will be forever remembered by all who loved her.

Beloved wife of Hai Phan; cherished mother of Kevin Hoang Phan, and Alexander Hoang Phan; loved daughter of Hy Nguyen and Than Thi Truong.

Visitation to take place on Friday, August 27 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lee-Ellena Funeral Home. Prayer service at 5:00 PM. Funeral Service to take place on Saturday, August 28 at St. Isidore Catholic Church. Instate, or gathering time, 9:30 AM. Service at 10:00 AM. Huong will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Lansing, Michigan. Committal prayers and burial at 1:30 PM on Saturday.
