Grace Trent

In loving memory of Grace Trent, a gentle soul and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Grace passed away peacefully on August 4, 2024 at the age of 84. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that touched the lives of all who knew her.

Born to Clarence and Mary Ann on October 6, 1939, in Detroit, Grace carried herself with a quiet grace and unwavering devotion to her family. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life - playing golf and bowling, taking leisurely walks, experiencing new culinary delights, and embarking on adventures during cruises. Her exquisite taste and appreciation for the finer things in life were evident in all she did.

Married to Jerry Trent, Grace was a pillar of strength and love within her family. Together, they raised three children who were the light of her life. Her faith in God was unwavering, and she was a devout Catholic who found solace and peace in her beliefs.

A beloved grandmother and great-grandmother, Grace's heart overflowed with love for her family, and she was cherished for her kindness and generosity. Her husband, Jerry, always affectionately referred to her as his girlfriend, a testament to the enduring love they shared.

Loved mother to Kristy (Jeff Hinsperger) Trent, Susan (Jim) Smith, and Jennifer (Chris) Lunsford; cherished sister to George (Barbara) Kubasinski, Clare (Diane) Kubasinski, and Jim (Barbara) Kubasinski; proud grandmother to Joshua (Bri), Alexandra, Justin, Brendan, Nick, and Garrett; wonderful great-grandmother to John and Ryan.

Joined in Heaven by Her loving husband, Jerry, Her wonderful parents Clarence and Mary Ann Kubasinski, and Her cherished brother, Tim.
