Eugene Obidzinski Obituary
Eugene “Gene” Obidzinski, age 85 of Harrison Township, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024. He was born February 19, 1939 to Edward and Hattie (Karp) Obidzinski in Hamtramck, Michigan.
Gene served in the United States Navy and retired from Ford Motor Company, Van Dyke Transmission Plant as a master electrician (30+yrs).
Survived by his girlfriend, Carol Hartley (son, Kyle); daughters: Lori (Kirk) Paul, Sandra (Rob) Cobb and Susan (Bill) Morse; grandchildren: Trista, Justin, Brandon, Allison, Alyssa and Taylor; great-grandchildren: Mia, Michael and Nolani; brothers: Zygmund and Robert (Donna); nieces and nephews: Lisa, Edward and John.
At his request, he was cremated. A "Celebration of Life" will be announced at a later date.
