Erlinda Rufin

Erlinda Rufin, age 77 of Sterling Heights, passed away on November 30, 2021.

Erlinda was born on August 23, 1944, in the Philippines. She was a devoted mother to her four children that she raised with her late husband Gene, who she married on March 28, 1963 while living in the Philippines. Erlinda was known for her love of shopping. She also loved spending time with her family and her nine grandchildren, watching Forensic Files, going to restaurants, and playing bingo. Erlinda will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Beloved mother of Marlon (Victoria), Richard (Shelly), Joseph (Edna), and Emerson (Kristy); cherished grandmother of Richi (Esther), EJ (Cassandra), Brandon (Ciera), Mark, Kristel, Jessey, Paige, Bentlee, and Jacob.

Erlinda joins her husband, Gene Rufin, mother, Gracia Bayta. and brother, Ben Manalo, in heaven.

Visitation to take place Sunday, December 5 from 3:15 P.M. to 4 P.M. at Our Mother of Perpetual Help followed by a 4 P.M. funeral Mass.
