Dorothy Lee Rozanski

Dorothy Lee Rozanski, age 90, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2020 surrounded by the love of her family.

Dorothy was born on November 18, 1929 to Carl and Nora Wolfe in Pennington Gap, Virginia. Dorothy was always a caring and loving soul. She loved to provide for her family and cherished the times she had with them all. Dorothy had a great love for nature and the outdoors. She would spend her springs and summers tending to her to gardens, fishing, and hunting. She also enjoyed reading her novels, writing poetry, and playing scrabble and Euchre with her family. Bowling was also a lifelong hobby of Dorothy's. In her younger years, she played on a league with her friends and later on with her daughters and granddaughters for ladies bowling night at Fern Hill. 

She will be forever missed.

Beloved mother of Wayne, Carla, and Kelly; cherished sister of Glenda, Dianna, and Steve, proud grandmother of Amanda, Jessica, Vince, Loretta, Shelby, and Grace; loving great-grandmother of Macey, Carson, Gwenyth, Brooke, Beckham, and Boden.

She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Nora Wolfe, and her dear brothers Robert and Rodger.

Dorothy was an animal lover, especially dogs.  The family is asking in lieu of flowers please donate to her favorite charity ASPCA (Animal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
