Diane Page, age 83, passed away surrounded by love on September 24, 2022.
Diane Page was born in 1939 to Brooks and Letitia Thomas, who preceded her in death. Born in Texas, she was educated in California and Virginia. Her life history was filled with many rewarding experiences.
Diane was a dedicated wife to Inman, who also preceded her in death; a mother and a daughter who deeply loved her family. She was cherished by her family and friends for her kind and gentle manner as well as her dry sense of humor. She will be missed by all who truly knew her.Diane moved to Michigan with her children over 50 years ago and began her long and successful career at IBM. Her parents joined her soon thereafter, and the family enjoyed their new home in the Great Lakes state. An avid boater, Diane enjoyed endless summer days and nights on the water in Michigan and beyond with her husband, children, and friends. She loved to travel extensively and enjoyed learning about the cultures she encountered. She leaves to cherish her memory: her son, Michael Austin; her daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Kevin Swanson; her bonus granddaughter, Kaitlin Swanson; and her beloved grandson, George “Geordie” Stanton.Diane was a dedicated servant of Jehovah for over 31 years. We are assured she is in the best hands of all, those of The Most High Jehovah God.
“Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear His voice and come out …” John 5:28-29
