Dennis Beaubien Obituary

Dennis Ralph Beaubien passed away peacefully on February 18, 2024, at the age of 74. Born to Malvin and Florence Beaubien in Detroit on November 8, 1949, Dennis lived a life filled with love, laughter, and dedication.

From his days serving in Korea during the Vietnam War to his 35-year career as a machinist at Bundy Tubing, Dennis showed unwavering commitment in every aspect of his life. He was a skilled pool player, bowler, and golfer, always up for a friendly (or not so friendly) competition or game. His love for tinkering with cars, rooting for his favorite team the Detroit Tigers, camping under the stars, and enjoying the outdoors was unmatched, alongside his keen eye for playing horseshoes and patrolling the neighborhood with Copper, his faithful companion.

Dennis's love story with his wife, starting from a chance encounter over a game of pool and Euchre, blossomed into a beautiful journey of partnership and companionship lasting over 20 years

Proud Union member, Dennis was devoted to his work at UAW Local 369 and exuded a sense of camaraderie and community spirit wherever he went.

A devoted father, husband, and grandfather, Dennis leaves behind cherished memories that will be forever etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His legacy will continue to resonate through the lives he touched and the bonds he forged.

Dennis's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff and nurses at Martha T. Berry for their unwavering care and support during his time there.

Visitation to take place on Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 2:00 – 8:00 PM, with a funeral service and military honors at 7:00 PM at Lee-Ellena Funeral Home.

Beloved husband of Sandra Beaubien; loving father of Brandon (Fiancée Heather) Beaubien, Jody Beaubien, and step daughter Adrienne Love; proud Papa of Katelyn, Payton, Cameron, Brennan, Liam; dear brother of Sandra (Ted) Zimmerman, Pamela (Keith) Ruppel, and Joanne (Gene) Camus, and cherished ex-spouse of Debra Lengel. Dennis is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and numerous friends.

Dennis is preceded in passing by his dear parents Malvin and Florence Beaubien, and brother Malvin Beaubien Jr.
