Denise Loretta Williams, age 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. She was recently diagnosed with a very rare, rapidly progressive neurological disorder, sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease.
Denise was born on October 10, 1960 to James and Joann Ross in Highland Park, Michigan. As a young woman, Denise met the love of her life and future husband Robert Carl Williams. They married and raised two beloved children: Christina and Joseph. Denise loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her cherished grandchildren Grace and Nora. She adored going on beautiful vacations at luxury destinations, good wine and food, boating, and relaxing spa days. Denise also was a night owl, and loved to stay up late chatting with her family, or playing cards & games. As a hobby, Denise loved to organize and run her D'Loretta's Estate Sales. She had a gift for conversation, and could debate with anyone. For nine years, Denise was a dedicated and hardworking vice president of Macomb Community College HR department, where she will be missed dearly.
Denise will be forever remembered by all who loved her.
