It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David “Dave” Goetz, age 69, who left us on Dec 12, 2025. On October 21, 1978, he married the love of his life Linda (Andrews) and together they raised 5 beautiful children. Dave was a dedicated and loving Father to Jeremy, Bobbie Jo (The late Mike) Casey (Kelly), Dayna and Melanie, and an Adored Papa to Maddy, Casey, Asa, Finn, Oliver, Gabby, Clark, Naomi, Sterling, Della and Kyle. He is loved by his former Daughter-in-law Katie Goetz, his nieces and nephews and many friends. Family was everything to him and he poured his heart into every precious moment he spent with them.
A proud graduate of New Haven High School, class of 1974, Dave took great pride in his community and dedicated 12 years as a member of the New Haven School board.
