With heavy hearts but joyous memories, we celebrate the life of Dale Strozeski, who left us far too soon on April 7, 2026. Born on June 2, 1960, to Robert and Harriett Smith, Dale lived a vibrant life filled with love, laughter, and a passion for bringing joy to everyone around her.
Dale was the loving wife of Gary and a proud mother to her three children: Kurt (Crystal), CJ (Kelly), and Nikki (Phill). She found immense joy in being a grandmother to Tylor (Leah), Tasha, Sophia, Carter, Landon, Brayden, Logan, and Autumn, and cherished every moment spent with her great-grandchildren, Piper and Parkes. Dale is also survived by her cherished siblings, sister Mary Beth (late Bill) Thompson and brother John Smith, along with numerous beloved nieces and nephews, who will miss her dearly.
Dale’s passions were as colorful as her personality. She had a well-known sweet tooth and loved indulging in shopping sprees, often topped off with treats. A dedicated fan of the Detroit Tigers, especially her favorite player Brandon Inge, Dale's heart also belonged to football legend Peyton Manning. Nothing brought her greater joy than her frequent trips to Disney, made even more special by her annual pass—she simply couldn't get enough of the magic. Dale had a sweet tooth that was as big as her heart and had a special fondness for animals, especially Pit Bulls.
Dale is joined in Heaven by her parents, Robert and Harriett, her son Keith, and her brother Dave.
Dale Strozeski will be profoundly missed by all who knew her, and her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her loved ones.
