Christine B. Massey (Yunke)

Christine B. Massey (Yunke), age 63 of Roseville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on September 5, 2023.

Christine was born on July 27, 1960 to loved parents Gene Massey and Karen Aleman in Mount Clemens, Michigan. From the day she was born, Christine made this world a better and brighter place because she was a part of it. Christine’s love for her family and friends knew no bounds. She was fun loving, caring, and a true joy to be around. Christine was the best mom to her children, and a second mom to many. She was overjoyed to become a grandmother later in her life. She also adored her pets, Batman, Charlie, and Clyde. In her free time, Christine loved to dance and have a good time. She was also very creative and artistic, and enjoyed drawing posters for her family. However, the most important thing to Christine was always her family and the time she was able to spend with them. Christine will be forever loved and remembered by all who knew her. 

Cherished daughter of Karen (Al) Aleman; fiancé of Shawn Ludeman; Beloved mother of Scotty (Chrissie) Yunke, Bobbie Lynn (Jason) Hoover, Robby (Amanda) Yunke, Kenny (Theresa) Yunke, and step children, Shawny Ludeman, Stevie (Alicia) Ludeman, and Mikey Carlu; best grandma to Scotty (Jessica), Mathew, Justin, Caleigh, Landon, Hayden, Cheyanna, Leanna, Kenny, Walker, Audrina, and Alinia; and loved sister of Gene (Michelle) Massey. Christine was preceded in passing by her loved father Gene Massey Sr., and grandparents Ernie & Bernie Brandtner, and Kenneth & Thelma Massey, as well as many other loved family members. 

Visitation to take place on Monday, September 11 from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday, September 12 at the funeral home. Instate, or gathering time, 10:00 AM. Service at 11:00 AM.
