Charles Ronald Hickey III

Charles Ronald Hickey III (Bubba), age 29, passed away suddenly on June 24, 2023.

Bubba was born on June 19, 1994 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He graduated from Indian River High School in 2012 and continued his education at Macomb Community College studying HVAC with later beginning his career at Akebono Brake Corp with his father.

Bubba was absolutely loved by his parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Bubba adored all his siblings. He loved spending time with all his family near and far. He recently purchased his grandfather’s boat and loved to be out on the water and loved to fish. He had been told that he may have a slight obsession with getting new fishing gear all the time. He also enjoyed in dabbling in a game or two or three of Rocket League online. Whether it was rock-climbing with Joshua, fishing with Matthew, going for a walk with Shelby, or just going out for some sushi with Anna he was always up for a new adventure with any one of his siblings. He always enjoyed just spending time and hanging out with his family. His sweet smile and energetic laugh will be missed by all that knew and loved him. ◻◯△

Cherished son of Charles (Ron) and Dawn; Loved grandson of Ron and Doris Hickey; Loving nephew of Kris (Len) McCann, Diana (Rob) Cook, and Tonya Hickey; Beloved brother of Shelby, Joshua, Matthew and Anna; Loved uncle to Opal Marie; Cherished cousin to Samantha, Elizabeth, Allison, and Lily.
