Barbara Jean Empson (nee Flechsig) passed away peacefully on October 4, 2024.
Born on June 5, 1961, to loving parents Robert and Beverly Flechsig in St. Clair, Michigan, Barbara lived a life filled with love, dedication, and unwavering strength.
Barbara was a devoted mother to her four children, Sabrina, Kristy, James, and Kenneth, and found immense joy in her role as a grandmother, which brought her immense pride and happiness. Throughout her career as a manager at Dennys, Barbara was known for her hard work and dedication, earning the admiration of both customers and colleagues.
In her moments of relaxation, Barbara enjoyed indulging in her favorite horror movies and found solace in activities like camping and gardening. She also held a deep spiritual connection and found peace in her faith in Jesus Christ.
As we reflect on Barbara's life, we are reminded of her resilience, her kindness, and the love she shared with those around her. Her memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
