Arthur C. Keeney

Arthur C Keeney, age 72, of Chesterfield passed away at home on Aug 11, 2022.

 Arthur was born on January 19, 1950 in Detroit, MI. He was married to his wife Phyllis for 44 years. After graduating from high school, Art served in the Army for 2 years and received his BA degree from Wayne State University. He worked as a computer specialist for the Federal Government at TACOM for 20 years. Prior to that, Art was a truck driver for Chrysler and Shell Oil company for more than 20 years. He loved to golf, play cards, read and watch TV.

 He is survived by his wife Phyllis, sons Shaun (Shelby), Matt (Greg), daughters Bev and Nicole (Christopher), 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, brother Robert (Judy) and sister Linda, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased in death by his parents Clare and Gertrude, daughter Jody, brothers Merle (Jackie), and Richard (Lori), sisters Ruth (Mel) Cunningham, Janet (Jerry) Stevens, Sandy (Dave) Smith, and Mary (Jim) Richards.

Viewing will be Monday, August 15th from 4-8 at the Lee-Ellena Funeral Home, and service will be Tuesday, August 16th at 11am.
