Obituary for Wm. "Tom" Thomas Leitch

Wm. "Tom" Thomas Leitch, age 82 of Clinton Township, passed away April 18, 2019. He was a dedicated family man. His ideal day was sitting under a palm tree while smoking a cigar, drinking coffee and playing his crossword puzzles. On April 20 marks his 47th year of sobriety. Tom loved baseball, whether it was playing, watching, or coaching his son or grandsons. He wrote a book about his life called "Shamrocks, Trolls, Angels, and Drunks." Spending time with his family was always his favorite thing.

Loving husband of Kathryn; beloved father of the late Kerry Martin, Sally A. (Chet) Sadowski, and Allan (Alison); cherished grandfather of Chet III, Andrew, Christopher, and Michael; dear brother of the late Bruce and Mary Anne (Larry) Brown.

Tom is also survived by many extended loved ones and friends.

He will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
