Obituary for Thomas Michael Kopietz

Thomas Michael Kopietz, age 69 of Shelby Twp., passed away on January 8, 2019 surrounded by the love of his family.

Retired from Lifestyles Ceramic Tile. Tom was the life of the party and was never too busy to lend a helping hand. His generosity will be hard to match. He loved spoiling all kids, his fantasy sports, playing cards, golf and sipping on a scotch. His favorite thing to say was “Make it Snappy!”.

Loving husband of Maryetta; dear father of Crystal (Fred) Oweis, Tommy Jr., and April (Adam) Todd; proud grandfather (Boppy) of Alivia, Casimiro, Declan, Ian, and Gianluca; cherished brother of the late Crystal, Joe (Terrie), Rick (Shelley), Tim (Luann); beloved son of the late Walter and Eunice Kopietz.
Tom is also survived by dear brother-in-law John, sisters-in-law Kim, Linda, and Melinda, nieces, nephews, and great family and friends.
He will be forever missed.
